Clementine and Marmalade

In May I finally got two rabbits.  It is beyond me why I have chosen rabbits as the most desirable pet, but I have.  They are Netherland Dwarf bunnies, orange, and just the cutest things you ever saw.  We named them Marmalade and Clementine.

And this is what bunnies do:

yummy leafBunnies eat.

Bunnies stand up.

Bunnies are fearful – of EVERYTHING!

Bunnies keep clean.

Bunnies always think the grass is greener on the other side.

Bunnies make sure to get enough rest.

Bunnies pray?

They also run, jump, twist in the air, fight, and, um, do a lot more things. They are just pleasant little furballs with largish ears.  Delightful!

First things

First things…

So what’s this blog about?  Well ….just the things I like.  A little bit of photography, what I find beautiful, things that make me smile, little things we take for granted, interesting ideas or books that I’m reading.

I took this photo while hiking last year with my family and a friend.  It was a beautiful day.  After Sunday morning worship, we packed a lunch and headed out to meet a friend who showed us the way to this little known spot.  Fields full of lavender flowers and then fields full of yellow flowers met us before we headed into the woods.  At the end of the trail was a stream where we jumped from rock to rock before we reached a graceful waterfall.  Loveliness!

And with that, I have written my first blog entry. Yay!

God bless.
